Job Type:

Full-time (30-40 hours/week) Do you have a passion for hospitality and artisan food? We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team in San Diego! You will be the welcoming face of our cafés, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring a vibrant and warm atmosphere for our guests and of course preparing some show stopping beverages and desserts! If you love creating memorable dining experiences and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do Guest Experience:

Greet customers warmly, guide them through our specialty menus, and ensure a positive dining experience from start to finish.

Service Mastery:

Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with our teams to ensure timely service and high-quality food delivery.

Maintain Standards:

Uphold our high health, safety, and hygiene standards. Keep the FOH area clean, bus tables, and sanitize surfaces.

Local Deliveries:

Safely drive the company van for local wedding deliveries & errands (requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record).

What We're Looking For Experience:

1+ years in restaurant or café hospitality, specifically preparing beverages, food or desserts and handling customer service.

Availability:

Open weekend availability (Friday - Sunday) is required, plus weekday morning or evening shifts.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and comfort driving a company van. This position includes scheduled shifts between locations as well. Reliable transportation is a must!

Skills:

Communication, Interpersonal skills, Excellent multitasker, strong team player, and a high level of initiative.

Physical:
