This position involves providing exceptional valet parking services to our customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and keys Inspect vehicles for damage before and after parking Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Follow all safety protocols and procedures Keep parking areas clean and organized Assist customers with directions and parking information Requirements Valid driver's license issued in the United States with clean driving record Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (stick shift) Proficiency in smartphone usage for work-related tasks Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to work in various weather conditions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual attendance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Professional appearance and demeanor Benefits Competitive wage starting at San Francisco minimum wage ($19.18/hour), negotiable based on experience Paid sick leave: 1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked as required by San Francisco ordinance Free parking up to 1 car at any of our garages Opportunities for advancement Training and development programs Flexible scheduling options
