$18.00/hour Summary Parking Attendants (PAs) are responsible for supporting safe and efficient traffic flow in designated parking areas. This is a fully outdoor position, with coverage provided to protect from direct sunlight. Associates will help guide vehicles, monitor parking activity, and redirect unauthorized vehicles away from the building. Key Responsibilities Manage traffic flow and assist with vehicle direction during high-volume periods. Assist tractor-trailer drivers as they enter and exit the facility by monitoring traffic on the main street. Monitor the parking lot to identify unauthorized vehicles. Politely redirect vehicles that do not have permission to park on company premises. Maintain awareness of surroundings to ensure a safe and orderly environment. Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and security as needed. Follow all safety procedures and report concerns or incidents promptly. Support the Front Office Administrator by directing carriers to the front lobby. Assist with general tasks such as moving, carrying, and loading packages, and opening doors for visitors. Perform other duties as assigned by leadership. Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Qualifications Ability to work outdoors for the duration of the shift. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to remain attentive and alert for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
