PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related activities according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor customer and associate traffic, observe for unusual activity, and report potential theft, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate contact. Support retail operations by assisting with crowd management, closing procedures, and/or directional guidance for visitors and staff while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A current guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
