As one of the nation's fastest-growing parking companies, we manage hundreds of thousands of parking spaces across the country. Parking is our industry, but people are our passion. We are currently hiring a Breaker / Valet Support Team Member to provide coverage across multiple positions including Cashier, Valet Driver, and Dispatcher . This role is essential in supporting daily operations by stepping into different positions as needed. When not covering breaks or assisting operations, team members will help with valet driving and customer service support. Responsibilities Provide coverage for Cashier, Valet, and Dispatcher positions as needed Park and retrieve vehicles safely, efficiently, and professionally Assist with traffic flow and maintain organized vehicle movement Handle cash transactions accurately and provide excellent customer service Coordinate vehicle flow, key management, and communication with valet staff Answer customer questions and assist guests courteously and professionally Support management and team members during busy periods Maintain professionalism and composure in fast-paced environments Qualifications Must be 25 years or older Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years Ability to drive manual transmission preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Cash handling experience preferred Ability to multitask and work independently Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift throughout shifts
Skills:
Ability to drive a manual shift vehicle. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. Willingness to be flexible, work multiple facility locations. Ability to handle challenging and at times, emotionally charged situations. Must be able to work unsupervised. Must be able to make decisions independently and stay firm on decisions made (not easily persuaded). Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness. Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier / Valet Support Team Member to assist with daily operations. This position provides coverage for multiple roles, including Cashier, Valet Driver, and Dispatcher, while delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced airport environment. Position Summary The Cashier / Valet Support Team Member is responsible for greeting guests, processing parking transactions, parking and retrieving vehicles, coordinating vehicle flow, managing keys, and assisting operations as needed. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a courteous, professional manner. Process parking transactions accurately and provide correct change. Complete daily cashier reports and required documentation. Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently. Coordinate vehicle flow and maintain organized staging areas. Assist with key management and vehicle tracking procedures. Provide coverage for Cashier, Valet Driver, and Dispatcher positions as needed. Communicate effectively with management, supervisors, dispatchers, and fellow team members. Answer guest questions regarding parking services and airport operations. Assist with traffic flow during peak periods, equipment failures, or operational disruptions. Maintain a sense of urgency while ensuring safety and accuracy. Support overall facility operations and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 25 years of age. Valid driver's license with a minimum of two years driving experience. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Cash handling experience required. Parking industry experience preferred but not required. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented. Comfortable handling challenging or emotionally charged situations professionally. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong basic math skills. Skills and Abilities Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to make decisions independently and remain confident in those decisions. Demonstrates professionalism, urgency, and timeliness. Flexible and willing to work at multiple facility locations when needed. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Education High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and rain.
