DO NOT call the club regarding this position NO seasonal hires Position Overview The Outside Services Staff Member works closely with the Golf Shop team to support Lomas Santa Fe Country Club's mission, core values, and service standards. This is a highly visible role requiring strong communication skills, initiative, and a team-first mindset. Candidates should be dependable, proactive, and committed to delivering an exceptional member experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Customer Service Deliver exceptional service to members and guests with strong attention to detail Create a welcoming, memorable experience during every interaction Respond promptly and professionally to questions, concerns, and requests Integrity & Professionalism Represent the club with integrity and professionalism at all times Leadership Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude Promote and reflect the club's values in all interactions Teamwork Collaborate effectively with team members Build strong working relationships through clear communication Punctuality Arrive on time and ready to work each scheduled shift Cart Staging Prepare and stage golf carts daily (cleaned and stocked with towels, tees, scorecards, sand, and wet towels) Member Interaction Greet members by name with a warm, friendly demeanor Foster a welcoming and enjoyable club atmosphere Driving Range Maintenance Keep the driving range, chipping green, and bunkers clean, stocked, and well-maintained Work Area Organization Maintain clean, organized workspaces, including the cart barn and surrounding areas Forward Preparation Prepare for the next day in advance (carts, towels, supplies ready before end of shift) Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude Ability to take initiative and work independently Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs continuously and up to 80 lbs over short distances Grooming Standards All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with club standards.
