GMC of Vacaville - Vacaville, CA Full-Time | Automotive Dealership | Service Department About the Opportunity GMC of Vacaville is looking for a dependable, hard-working Lot Porter / Service Porter to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping the dealership, service drive, vehicle lot, and customer areas clean, organized, and running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, takes pride in their work, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced team.
Compensation Pay Range:
$18.00 to $22.00 per hour Actual pay will depend on experience, qualifications, schedule, and job performance. Responsibilities Move customer and dealership vehicles safely around the service drive, parking lot, and dealership property. Keep the service drive, customer parking areas, vehicle lot, and dealership grounds clean and organized. Assist service advisors, technicians, managers, and other team members with vehicle flow. Park vehicles in the correct areas and help keep keys properly organized. Wash, vacuum, fuel, and prepare vehicles as needed. Help with customer vehicle pickup and drop-off. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of customer-facing areas. Assist with basic errands and dealership support tasks as needed. Follow dealership safety procedures and drive all vehicles carefully. Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests. Qualifications Valid driver's license required. Must be able to meet company driving standards. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment. Ability to work outside and move around the dealership throughout the day. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions. Professional attitude and willingness to help the team. Previous dealership, porter, lot attendant, detail, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required. Why Join GMC of Vacaville?
