Built on a foundation of consistent, accurate, and accountable service, the company is dedicated to enhancing property value and resident experience. As a District Manager Valet Trash Operations, you will play a key leadership role, overseeing operations across a defined territory. This field-based position is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at problem-solving, and is committed to operational excellence. You will manage a team of Service Valets, ensure high-quality service delivery, and build strong relationships with property managers. Responsibilities Oversee nightly valet trash and bulk collection services across 1525+ communities within your district Ensure all scheduled services are completed with zero missed service nights Conduct regular property inspections and quality audits to maintain high service standards Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of 1530 Service Valets Manage team schedules, monitor performance, and provide coaching and support Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention Respond promptly to service issues and resolve them efficiently Support the launch of new community partnerships within your territory Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports Maintain compliance with safety standards and company policies Provide real-time problem-solving and staffing coverage as needed, including flexible hours and on-call support Qualifications 25+ years of experience in operations or field management Proven team leadership and staff management experience Strong organizational skills and a high level of accountability Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Valid driver's license Compensation $57,000$60,000 annual base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses tied to service quality, staffing coverage, client satisfaction, and operational execution metrics.
