At our dealership, every motorcycle deserves to leave looking better than when it arrived. Whether it's preparing a brand-new Harley for the showroom floor or giving a customer's bike that final finishing touch after service, you'll play a huge role in creating an unforgettable first impression. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the desire to be part of a fast-paced, high-energy Service Department. What You'll Do Wash, dry, and detail Harley-Davidson motorcycles to showroom-quality standards. Prepare new and pre-owned motorcycles for display and customer delivery. Process and assist with new motorcycle deliveries. Move motorcycles safely throughout the dealership. Assist technicians and the Service Manager with day-to-day shop operations. Keep the service department clean, organized, and professional. Haul trash, cardboard, and recycling. Sweep and mop shop floors. Wash shop towels and laundry. Help maintain the wash bay, detailing equipment, and work areas. Jump in wherever needed to help keep the department running efficiently. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Pride in producing high-quality work. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable, punctual, and motivated. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to safely move motorcycles (or willingness to learn).
