In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the sales department by keeping our vehicle inventory organized, clean, and properly displayed. Benefits Health, Medical and Dental 401K Plan options PTO and SICK Leave Growth opportunities Flexible Work Schedule Competitive Pay Responsibilities Move, arrange, and display vehicles on the sales lot according to dealership standards Keep the sales lot clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times Wash, vacuum, and perform light detailing on vehicles as needed Retrieve and deliver vehicles to customers, service, and other departments as directed Assist sales associates with vehicle demonstrations and test drives Ensure all vehicles have proper pricing, window stickers, and accessories displayed Perform routine checks on lot vehicles, including tire pressure and cleanliness Maintain dealership common areas and entrance in a neat and professional appearance Report any vehicle damage or safety concerns to management immediately Assist in receiving and processing trade-in and new inventory vehicles Qualifications Previous automotive or customer service experience a plus Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Team player with the ability to follow direction High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Equal Opportunity Employer Foundation Automotive Corp is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
