The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide assistance with parking their vehicles. Manage the flow of traffic in the parking area to ensure safety and efficiency. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, including cash handling and operating a cash register. Maintain accurate records of vehicle entries and exits, utilizing retail math skills when necessary. Assist customers with inquiries regarding parking policies and procedures. Provide valet parking services when required, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and securely. Communicate effectively with guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns promptly. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the parking area at all times. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with the ability to operate a cash register accurately. Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission if applicable. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction. A professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure in busy situations.
