CLASS PARKING
is a fast-growing Valet Parking company with more than 15 years of experience, providing its services to high-end Hotels, Condominiums, and special events in Miami three-county area. We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for service-minded individuals who are committed to providing outstanding customer satisfaction, team player, highly motivated, energetic, that love cars and are interested in working Full-time.
Supervisor are expected to:
Oversee the daily operations of the valet parking service. Supervise valet attendants to ensure smooth and efficient service. Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure guests receive a positive first and last impression. Monitor vehicle flow, ensuring timely parking and retrieval. Train new valet attendants on company procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations. Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Conduct regular inspections of the valet area to maintain cleanliness and organization. Manage and secure vehicle keys, ensuring proper tagging and storage. Report any incidents, accidents, or operational challenges to upper management. Assist with valet parking duties during peak hours if needed. Ensure valet attendants adhere to dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
Schedule :
Monday - Friday $19/h 9am - 5pm (schedule is subject to change ) One year of experience as a supervisor in valet parking. Fluent in English (Spanish as a secondary language a plus) Valid Florida Driver's License Clean driving record Drive stick shift vehicles (preferred) Ability to run and remain standing for extended periods of time Men and women are encouraged to apply!
