This role focuses on attentive hospitality, efficient setup of beach amenities, and maintaining the club's high service standards. Key Responsibilities Set up premium beach accommodations including loungers, umbrellas, cabanas, and towels prior to member arrival Greet members by name when possible and escort them to their designated seating Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive service (water, chair adjustments, shade repositioning) Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the beach area at all times Enforce club policies and safety guidelines in a courteous and professional manner Order food, refreshments, and amenities as requested (if applicable) Monitor and maintain the inventory of club equipment and report any damage Assist with special requests Support club events, private functions, and beach activities Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure seamless service Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in hospitality, private club, or luxury service environment strongly preferred Ability to work outdoors in sun and varying weather conditions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Basic knowledge of beach safety and service etiquette Skills & Competencies High-end customer service mindset Attention to detail and presentation Ability to anticipate guest needs Team-oriented with strong work ethic Time management and multitasking Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods Lift and carry up to 40 lbs (chairs, umbrellas, equipment) Comfortable working in heat, sun, and sandy conditions Work Schedule Must be available weekends, holidays, and peak season hours Flexible shifts based on club operations
