POSITION RESPONSIBILITY
: This is one of the most important and customer sensitive positions in the Service Department. This position requires excellent customer handling skills because most of the workday will be spent in direct contact with clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
To model by example the Company's mission statement by being an empowered, passionate and positive associate who provides exceptional personalized service to the Company's guests and community. To live by the Standards of Excellence set forth by Dimmitt Automotive Group. Greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and inform the corresponding service advisor of their arrival Ensure a clean environment for customers to enjoy Transport clients to and from their requested destinations in a prompt and polite manner. Always open and close car doors for the client. Complete a log at the time of delivery and request customer's signature. Keep courtesy car neat & clean at all times. Always advise the Scheduling Coordinator of your location. Turn in all paperwork and keys nightly to the Scheduling Coordinator. Help maintain the professional appearance of the service department. Be responsible for the basic upkeep of the van: check oil with each fill-up, ensure that the van is lubricated the first week of each month, and get annual state safety inspections before they are due. Secure car on premises, usually inside the shop, before leaving for the day. Assist Service Advisors in the Service Aisle as needed such as tagging and moving vehicles or answering telephones or greeting customers. Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately report any and all accidents to a Manager or Supervisor. Closely follow delivery schedules and delivery area guidelines. Other duties as assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or the equivalent Valid in-state Driver's license and good driving record Relevant work experience preferred Excellent work history
ENVIRONMENT/PHISICAL DEMANDS OF POSITION
This is physically demanding position. Will drive company-provided vehicles six to eight hours per shift. Will bend, stoop and reach as necessary in filing.
ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Will be exposed to noise, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Will be required to wear dealership-provided uniform at all times. Benefits Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days.
The plan includes:
