The ideal candidate will manage ramp logistics and vehicle parking with efficiency and care. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to oversee traffic flow at a high-end club. Duties Warmly greet club members and guests upon arrival, creating a welcoming first impression. Quickly and courteously collect the necessary information to enter into the digital parking system. Keep the ramp clear at all times to ensure a smooth, efficient flow of arrivals and departures. Carefully document any pre-existing vehicle damage in the digital parking system. Park and retrieve vehicles promptly, safely, and with care. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues as they arise. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free parking area at all times. Work collaboratively with team members to continuously improve the guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in valet parking or hospitality preferred. Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, customer-focused demeanor. Proficiency in written and spoken English required. Must be able to drive manual transmission vehicles. Customer-service-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering an excellent guest experience. Required to arrive 5 minutes before scheduled shift and be ready to work at the start time. Must be able to jog short distances and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours, including a break). Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays (July 4th required). Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a clean driving record. Must be able to pass a drug test. Must have U.S. work authorization. Hourly Wage $12/hour + cash tips Biweekly paycheck
