Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking, ensuring efficient flow in parking areas Safely operate manual transmission vehicles and other types of cars with professionalism and care Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, offering directions, and ensuring a positive experience Handle cash transactions accurately for valet services, including cash handling and retail math calculations when applicable Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet station and surrounding areas to uphold a professional appearance Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address any issues promptly Experience Previous experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus Experience operating parking facilities or working as a dealership or delivery driver is advantageous Strong communication skills, bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Familiarity with cashiering, retail math, and cash handling procedures required for accurate transactions Prior experience in dealership or retail environments involving vehicle movement or valet services is beneficial Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality through energetic service and expert driving!
