Flexible Shifts Available Morning Evening Night Weekends Full-Time Part-Time Our Valet Supervisor makes a difference by: Leading with a warm, people-oriented demeanor Demonstrating a team-first attitude Modeling professionalism and accountability Thriving in a fast-paced environment Making quick, thoughtful decisions As a Valet Supervisor, you will: Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times Lead, coach, and motivate the valet team to deliver exceptional guest service Ensure prompt greeting, parking, and retrieval of guest vehicles Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in accordance with company standards Drive vehicles carefully and follow all traffic laws and company procedures Monitor staffing levels and adjust assignments to meet business demands Train new valet associates on service standards, safety procedures, and proper documentation Ensure accurate ticketing and vehicle information is recorded Oversee organization and safety of the parking areas and drive Handle guest concerns or service issues professionally and resolve them in a timely manner Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Bell Staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations Inspect team appearance and adherence to uniform standards Report vehicle damage, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to management Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and performance feedback as directed Follow company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions Protect company and guest assets To be a successful Valet Supervisor, you need: A professional demeanor, a welcoming personality, and the ability to engage easily and actively connect with others. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and hold team members accountable. Be genuinely caring and compassionate and visibly demonstrate a desire to understand both guests and team members. Have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to concerns. Clean professional appearance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred. Previous valet or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
The Valet Supervisor role requires standing for long periods of time, or entire shifts. Walk and move quickly between the hotel entrance and parking areas. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. Enter and exit various vehicle types repeatedly throughout the shift. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to lead by example while remaining physically active during peak service times. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
