Job Title:
Donation Center Attendant(DCA)
Department:
Donation Center Reporting to: DC Manager The Donation Center Attendant (DCA) works in the Goodwill Donation Centers. The DCA is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to every donor who visits the Goodwill Donation Center. The DC Attendant will greet each donor, remove the donations from the donors' vehicles, offer each donor a receipt, and thank the donor for donating.
Required Education :
High School or GED preferred
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years prior retail sales/customer service experience preferred. Licensure Valid driver's license. The employee must have a valid driver's license to drive their personal vehicle or a company vehicle as required by the employer to various worksite locations.

Job Duties Essential Duties Ensures excellent customer/donor relations by maintaining the highest standards of customer service as outlined by the customer service manual. 100% Responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience through proactively engaging with and working to make the customer satisfied in every interaction. Greets donors and receives merchandise, providing the donor with a receipt, if desired. Completes housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and friendly work area. Identifies the need for supplies. May be required to travel to other donation centers on an as-needed basis.
