Service Porter:

Greet customers professionally during vehicle drop-off and pick-up Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles throughout the dealership premises Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer waiting areas Support service advisors and technicians by transporting vehicles to and from service bays Monitor vehicle flow within the service department to help maintain operational efficiency Inspect vehicles for visible damage and report concerns promptly Maintain an organized vehicle lot and ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas Deliver excellent customer service while representing the dealership in a professional manner

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using smartphones, digital systems, and dealership technology tools Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods in varying weather conditions Join Us & Accelerate Your Career!
