Job Description

Account Supervisor The Account Supervisor oversees the day‑to‑day operation of the assigned location, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in alignment with contractual expectations. This role is responsible for supervising staff, maintaining service quality, and ensuring the site operates smoothly from guest arrival through departure. The Account Manager is accountable for performance outcomes, operational consistency, and adherence to company standards. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Workforce Management Provides direction, oversight, and coaching to team members to maintain consistent performance. Participates in hiring activities, including interviewing and selecting candidates based on operational needs and service requirements. Trains new and current employees in accordance with established procedures. Completes required documentation, including evaluations, training records, and corrective actions, within designated timelines. Conducts regular team meetings to review performance indicators, address issues, and recognize achievements. Operational & Strategic Responsibilities Acts as the primary point of contact for the client and escalates urgent matters to the appropriate supervisor when necessary. Maintains operational reports and documentation as required. Prepares data and performance summaries for client discussions. Monitors site metrics and ensures corrective steps are taken when results fall below expectations. Applies company policies and procedures consistently across the team. Performs additional duties as assigned. On‑Site Service & Technical Support Demonstrates expected professional conduct and service standards. Assists guests as needed, including greeting, opening vehicle doors, and providing general support. Issues tickets and manages vehicle intake according to company guidelines. Parks and retrieves vehicles safely and efficiently. Directs traffic flow to maintain a safe and orderly environment. Provides basic wayfinding assistance. Addresses escalated customer concerns and resolves issues promptly. Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role. At least 1 year of experience using applications such as Microsoft Office and Excel. At least 1 year of experience in interviewing or recruitment activities. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Skills and Abilities Ability to operate a manual transmission (preferred). Maintains a professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with employees, guests, and visitors. Strong problem‑solving skills and the judgment to escalate issues when appropriate. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Must be at least 19 years old with an acceptable motor vehicle record (for insurance purposes). Physical Requirements Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally run. Must be able to lift or move up to 30 lbs. Must be able to wear required PPE for the duration of the shift. This role is performed outdoors and requires working in varying weather conditions.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
