Responsibilities Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles using manual transmission vehicles in parking facilities. Provide friendly, attentive guest service by greeting residents warmly and assisting with vehicle needs. Communicate clearly with guests regarding vehicle procedures, directions, or special requests. Maintain accurate records of vehicle entries, exits, and any special instructions or notes. Ensure the security of parked vehicles by monitoring the lot and reporting any suspicious activity. Assist with general cleanliness and organization of the valet area to uphold a professional appearance. Experience Previous experience in Valet services and customer service roles preferred. Driving experience with manual transmission vehicles required; dealership or delivery driver experience is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members. Bilingual (English-Spanish) abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse resident base.
