Valet attenant / runner / supervisor

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Valet Attendant, Runner, and Supervisor, where you'll be the friendly face that ensures seamless guest experiences through exceptional parking and vehicle management services. In this energetic role, you will coordinate vehicle arrivals and departures, assist guests with their needs, and oversee daily operations to maintain a smooth flow of traffic and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will help foster a welcoming environment while ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-tier hospitality standards are upheld at all times. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing prompt and courteous valet services Safely park and retrieve vehicles using manual transmissions within designated parking areas Assist guests with luggage, directions, or other requests to enhance their experience Manage vehicle flow efficiently by coordinating with team members and supervising parking operations Oversee daily runner activities to support service delivery and operational needs Supervise junior staff, providing guidance on customer service, safety protocols, and operational procedures Handle cash transactions accurately for valet services, including cash handling and retail math calculations Maintain clear communication with team members through effective verbal and written communication skills Ensure compliance with safety standards, traffic regulations, and company policies at all times Requirements Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Valid driver's license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles Familiarity with parking regulations and traffic flow management Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and Previous residents Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guest populations Demonstrated leadership skills suitable for supervisory responsibilities Reliable transportation to fulfill shift requirements consistently Join us in delivering outstanding service while advancing your career in a fast-paced, energetic environment!
