Parking lot attendant El Bethel Tabernacle outreach Opa-locka, FL Job Details Part-time 19 hours ago Benefits Professional development assistance Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Parking Lot Attendant to ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience for all visitors. In this role, you will manage parking operations, assist guests with their vehicles, and provide exceptional customer service. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will help create a positive environment while maintaining efficient parking flow. (This positions is for community service hours only) this is not a paid position) Duties Greet guests warmly and provide clear directions regarding parking procedures Operate valet parking services, safely driving and parking vehicles for guests Manage cash handling duties accurately, including ticketing and payment processing Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a friendly and professional experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking lot area Conduct routine inspections of parking spaces and ensure safety protocols are followed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and resolve issues promptly Experience Previous experience in valet parking or dealership/retail environment preferred Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license; experience with different vehicle types is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are highly valued Basic cashiering skills and familiarity with retail math for handling cash transactions accurately Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout shifts Knowledge of safety procedures related to vehicle operation and parking lot management Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values professionalism, safety, and exceptional guest experiences.
