We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Valet Cashier to join our team at Hyatt Regency Orlando. The Valet Cashier is responsible for accurately processing all forms of payment for valet services, including room charges, credit cards, and cash transactions. As the final point of contact in the valet experience, this role plays a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient service and a warm, professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process valet service payments and issue receipts Provide excellent guest service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a courteous manner Maintain a clean andanized cashier station Collaborate with valet attendants to ensure smooth vehicle retrieval and guest flow Follow all cash handling and hotel policy procedures
