Valet - Guest Services

We are looking for a professional and courteous Valet - Guest Services team member to join our organization. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker who can safely operate guests' vehicles while providing excellent customer service in a high-pressure environment. As a Valet - Guest Services team member, you will assist Luggage Porters with the arrivals and departures of our guests and maintain a strong sense of teamwork throughout your shifts.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record for the past 3 years Must be at least 18 years old Availability on weekends and holidays is required Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and run up to 9-12 miles in a shift

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and assist them with their arrival and departure experience Safely operate guest vehicles and park them in designated areas Retrieve vehicles promptly upon request Keep track of keys and provide guests with accurate ticket information Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful demeanor with guests, coworkers, and management Ensure the safety and security of guests' vehicles at all times Perform other duties as assigned
