Having a friendly, helpful, customer-oriented personality is crucial to this position. After expeditiously greeting our guests and helping them to their respective advisor or appointment, you will proceed to move their vehicle to the Service Lot for repairs. Position is fast paced and dynamic.

(10:00 Am to 7:00 PM) AND (7:00 Am to 4:00 PM) And Every Saturday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Schedule may vary according to dealership need. Job Duties include, but are not limited to: Organize and move vehicles as needed on service drive and around the dealership Assist Service Receptionists with scheduling shuttles Valet vehicles from the Customer to the lot (drop off), and from the lot to the Customer (pick up) Assist service Advisors with paperwork as needed and on a case by case basis Assist customers with transportation necessities Liaise between the Service Department as a while with the Customers, ensuring the Customer's needs are being attended to Job Requirements include, but are not limited to: Positive attitude and professional demeanor in all interactions Experience in automotive facility preferred Must be able to lift to 50lbs Must be comfortable working outdoors for a prolonged period of time Must be able to follow directions and pay attention to detail Ability to communicate with managers and peers Follow established safety protocols and company policies Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule Ability to meet deadlines and maintain composure under pressure. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
