Valet Attendant

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing the parking facilities. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the parking facility. Direct vehicles to appropriate parking spaces and ensure efficient use of parking resources. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash register operations. Monitor the parking area for any issues or concerns, ensuring safety and security for all vehicles. Communicate effectively with guests regarding parking policies and procedures. Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Assist with manual transmission vehicles as needed, ensuring proper handling during parking and retrieval. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with experience in retail math and cash register operations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission if applicable. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
