Lot Attendant

Description The Service Lot Attendant plays a key role in supporting the service department by ensuring the safe, efficient movement and organization of vehicles. This position helps maintain a professional appearance of the service lot, supports technicians and advisors, and contributes to an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Park, organize, and retrieve customer vehicles in a timely and safe manner Transport vehicles between the service lane, lot, wash area, and technician stalls Perform basic vehicle inspections (check mileage, fuel level, visible damage) Assist with keeping the service drive, parking areas, and lot clean and orderly Help prepare vehicles for customer delivery (washing, vacuuming, light interior/exterior cleanup) Install protective items such as seat covers, floor mats, and steering wheel covers Ensure keys, key tags, and vehicles are properly logged and secured Assist service advisors and technicians as needed with vehicle movement and organization Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures Applicants must: Must be 18 years of age Have a valid driver's license Have a clean driving record Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction Requirements Applicants must: Must be 18 years of age Have a valid driver's license Have a clean driving record Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction
