Part Time Key Responsibilities:
Uphold the core values of Atlanta Athletic Club through professional conduct and service. Provide courteous assistance to members and guests upon arrival and departure, including helping them in and out of vehicles. Issue claim tickets and safely park vehicles in designated areas. Greet members and guests by opening lobby doors and offering a warm welcome. Assist with arranging transportation, including calling taxis when requested. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming entrance area at all times. Collaborate with the security team to ensure a secure environment for all members and guests.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and repeatedly enter and exit vehicles throughout the shift, while maintaining a high level of service and attentiveness. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with members, guests, and team members.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess a valid driver's license. Maintain a clean driving record with a minimum of three years of driving experience.
