Service Porter

Position Overview The Porter supports both the Sales and Service Departments by managing vehicle flow, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with day-to-day dealership operations. This is an entry-level position with strong potential for advancement within the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities Safely move, park, and organize vehicles on the lot, in the showroom, and in service areas Assist in preparing vehicles for customer pickup and delivery Shuttle vehicles between dealership locations, auctions, or customer residences Monitor inventory placement and report any vehicle damage or issues Install basic items such as license plates, window stickers, or dealer branding materials Support technicians and sales staff with errands and general tasks Ensure fuel levels are adequate and vehicles are ready for test drives Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Ability to drive a variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and SUVs Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed Frequent bending, reaching, and entering/exiting vehicles Work Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Flexible scheduling, including weekends and some holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage Health, dental, and vision insurance (for full-time employees) Paid time off and holiday pay (for full time employees) Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Opportunities for career advancement (e.g., Detailer, Technician Assistant, Sales, or Service Advisor roles) Why Join Us?
