Job Description

Outside Guest Services Attendant Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Outside Guest Services Attendant to provide excellent customer service and support daily golf operations. This role helps ensure guests enjoy a welcoming and seamless golf experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist golfers upon arrival and departure. Load and unload golf bags and equipment. Clean, prepare, and stage golf carts for play. Maintain practice facilities and outdoor service areas. Assist with tournaments and special events. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest needs. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Weekend, holiday, and flexible availability preferred. Golf course or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
Pay:
From $16.00 per hour
