You'll need to provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a professional, friendly manner and treating their vehicles as your own. Candidates should be hardworking, responsible, and display good attention to detail when working with guests and other team members. This position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Compensation:

$16 per hour

Responsibilities:

Adhere to existing valet procedures and document the necessary information on the valet parking ticket Take care of other necessary duties as assigned Assist guests with moving luggage to a secure area and perform any other requested services Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests by name and be ready to converse about hotel events or answer questions about hotel services Ensure guest vehicles are parked in the designated areas and retrieved promptly and safely

Qualifications:

Great, positive attitude and customer service skills are a must Valid driver's license and clean driving record High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of hotel experience or experience as a valet parking attendant Ability to drive a stick shift and automatic vehicles About Company Located on the coastline of Hilo Bay, the Grand Naniloa Hilo, a DoubleTree by Hilton, is 30 miles from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
