Valet Attendant Part-time

Island Valet is looking for a reliable, customer-focused valet attendant to join our team for events held at our venue in Kakaako. This is a part-time, event-based position, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their driving, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Events primarily take place on Saturdays and Sundays , with occasional Friday shifts. This is an on-call role, shifts are communicated as events are confirmed, so some weekends may have no events. We're looking for someone flexible and responsive who is comfortable with a variable schedule.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service upon arrival and departure Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including manual transmission cars Work as part of a team to ensure smooth, efficient valet operations Keep vehicle keys and tickets organized throughout each eventRepresent Island Valet professionally at all times

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience required Valid Hawaii driver's license Clean driving record for the past 2 years (no DUI) Ability to drive manual (stick shift) vehicles, required Prior valet or customer service experience Reliable personal transportation to reach the work location Comfortable with an on-call, variable schedule; weekend availability preferred Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with basic record-keeping on the job Trustworthy with cash handling

Compensation:

Pay is event-based. Attendants earn an average of $28-$38 per hour when combining hourly wage and tips. Actual earnings vary by event.

Black shorts or pants (your own). Company shirt provided.
