Lot Technician

Duties Safely move, park, and retrieve vehicles on the dealership lot. Assist guests with vehicle arrivals and departures, providing friendly and professional guest services throughout their visit Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including sweeping, trash removal, and ensuring clear pathways for customer access Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for damage or irregularities and report findings promptly Support delivery drivers with vehicle logistics, including loading or unloading as needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth lot operations Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record. Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests, team members, and management Previous experience in dealership settings, retail, or hospitality is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting moderate loads, and walking across the lot This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a foundation in recreation powersports service, customer interaction, and operational support.
