ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction Learns and uses the three

Engagement, Educate, Empowerment General cleaning: empty wastebaskets, clean restrooms in detail and replenish supplies Vacuum hallways/offices, sweep and mop all hard surfaces, dust furniture, blinds, etc. Light maintenance work Shovel snow, mow grass, trim grass, trim trees, power wash outside areas of building replace light bulbs Upkeep and organization of the back of the building Dish washing as needed Minor repair work, painting, building shelves Operates pallet jack and forklift once trained Call for outside assistance with a repair problem, if needed During Peak hours, stock groceries, help customers, push carts Promotes and supports established programs Works within company programs, policies and procedures Follows all safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model Other duties as assigned
