Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest services with a positive attitude Manage parking logistics for parking facilities, ensuring smooth vehicle flow Operate manual transmission vehicles safely, including delivery or shuttle vehicles when needed Assist guests with directions, inquiries, and special requests to enhance their experience Maintain clear communication with team members and guests to coordinate parking operations effectively Requirements Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments with excellent communication skills Valid driver's license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles Ability to perform heavy lifting and outdoor work comfortably in various weather conditions Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor Previous dealership or retail experience is a plus, especially involving cashiering or retail math skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations Experience as a delivery driver or in roles requiring outdoor work is advantageous Knowledge of parking regulations and procedures preferred This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in lively environments and enjoy providing top-tier service.
