Responsibilities Direct vehicles into designated parking areas using valet parking techniques or standard parking procedures Assist customers with parking, retrieving vehicles, and providing directions or information as needed Handle cash transactions accurately for parking fees, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed Maintain a clean, organized parking lot environment by monitoring traffic flow and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address questions, concerns, or special requests Conduct routine inspections of the parking lot to identify hazards or maintenance needs and report issues promptly Support dealership or retail operations by providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere Skills Proven experience in valet parking or driving roles, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in bilingual settings preferred Cashiering experience and proficiency in retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with diverse customers and team members Knowledge of dealership or retail environments is a plus, along with familiarity with safety procedures in parking lots Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Basic understanding of cash handling procedures and attention to detail for accurate record keeping This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy engaging with people.
