Some of the responsibilities includes but not limited: Greeting guests of the establishment Assisting with unloading guests' luggage Parking cars safely in designated areas within the parking lot while following company safety guidelines Collecting and accurately labeling keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return Retrieving vehicles from valet lot, in accordance with established safety guidelines and offering guests a sincere farewell Directing traffic in the parking area as needed and assisting guests in entering and leaving the parking facility Answering guests' questions regarding their reservations, return instructions/shuttle services Reporting any problems or unusual activities to management Keeping parking location clean - sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, picking up trash. Some of the qualifications and skills required for a valet parking attendant are: Proven work experience as a valet or similar role Neat appearance and upkeep of uniform Excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, and guests

Qualifications :
