The ideal candidate will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring a positive customer experience from the moment guests arrive. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the sales lane Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales lane, showroom, and lot Park, retrieve, and organize vehicles as needed Support the sales team with vehicle preparation, lot organization, and vehicle movement Deliver excellent customer service and help create a welcoming dealership environment Maintain a safe, clean, and professional appearance of all lot areas Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations Qualifications Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Pay & Schedule $18.00 per hour Monday-Friday schedule with two shift options: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Rotating Saturdays required, with a weekday off provided in return Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) and Vacation Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Life and Disability Insurance Paid Training Tuition Reimbursement Service Awards Career Advancement Opportunities Wisely Pay and DailyPay options About Tom Wood Group The Tom Wood Group is proud to be family-owned and locally operated for over 50 years.
