In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining an organized and welcoming lot, assisting with vehicle movement, and providing exceptional guest services to customers and visitors. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive experience for everyone who walks onto our lot. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, driving, and dealership operations while working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Safely move and park vehicles on the lot. Greet guests warmly, assist with vehicle inquiries, and provide directions or information as needed to ensure a positive guest experience. Conduct visual inspections of vehicles for cleanliness, damage, or maintenance issues, reporting any concerns promptly. Manage vehicle inventory by organizing cars in designated areas and ensuring the lot remains tidy and accessible. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate vehicle movements and address inquiries efficiently. Qualifications Valid driver's license with experience operating manual transmission vehicles; dealership experience is a plus. Strong guest services and customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for visitors. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers, team members, and management. Prior experience in light mechanical work preferred Reliable with good manual dexterity; able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods as required.
