At Midwest One Property Services, we take pride in delivering high-quality pavement marking services. Our team is dedicated, professional, and committed to safety, precision, and customer satisfaction. We're currently looking for a Parking Lot Striping Specialist to join our growing crew

Position Summary:

As a Pavement Marking Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading a crew applying pavement markings and striping layout of parking lots on a variety of commercial, industrial, and municipal properties. You will play a key role in ensuring that our work exceeds our clients' expectations for accuracy, clarity, and appearance. •This position requires significant travel. Travel expenses and per diem provided by company.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, layout, and apply markings using striping equipment (airless sprayers, stencils, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints or job specifications Ensure compliance with ADA standards Operate company vehicles and safely transport equipment and materials Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of striping equipment Communicate effectively with team members

Qualifications:

2+ years experience using Graco Auto-layout and laser system. Large retail parking lot experience preferred (Walmart, Sam's Club, Home Depot, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and efficiency Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Valid driver's license required Ability to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends when necessary Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team
