Job Description

This position is currently based at our Anderson, IN location. Tom Wood Honda is excited to be transitioning to a brand-new dealership facility in Whitestown, IN, (near Zionsville, North Brownsburg, and West Carmel) and is expected to open early 2027. "Team members hired now will have the opportunity to grow with us through this exciting transition." Tom Wood Honda is seeking a dependable and motivated Lot Attendant to support our dealership operations. This role is essential to maintaining an organized, efficient, and customer-friendly environment, ensuring a great first impression for every guest who visits our store. Position Summary The Lot Attendant is responsible for supporting both sales and service operations by maintaining vehicle organization, ensuring lot readiness, and assisting with daily dealership needs. This individual plays a key role in delivering a positive customer experience from arrival to departure. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Support Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership Help direct guests to the appropriate department or team member Deliver a welcoming and professional first impression Lot Management & Vehicle Coordination Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, sales lane, and showroom Park, retrieve, and stage vehicles efficiently and safely Monitor lot presentation to ensure vehicles are properly displayed and accessible Support inventory organization and lot flow Operational Support Assist sales and service teams with vehicle movement and preparation Ensure all vehicle keys are properly tagged and stored Maintain a clean, safe, and professional dealership environment Complete additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations Qualifications Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Reliable with strong attention to detail Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) What We Offer Paid Time Off (PTO) & Vacation Paid Holidays Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Life & Disability Insurance Paid Training Tuition Reimbursement Service Awards Career Advancement Opportunities Wisely Pay & DailyPay Options About Tom Wood Group The Tom Wood Group is a family-owned and locally operated organization that has proudly served the Midwest for over 50 years.
