Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Ticket Seller and Parking Attendant, where your enthusiasm and customer service skills will create a seamless experience for visitors and guests. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently selling tickets, managing parking operations, and ensuring a positive, friendly environment. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth entry and exit processes while providing excellent service to all patrons. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your communication skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Sell tickets accurately and efficiently using cash handling procedures or electronic systems, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded. Manage parking lot operations by directing vehicles, issuing parking passes, and assisting guests with parking needs. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering directions, and addressing concerns with professionalism and positivity. Maintain a clean and organized ticket booth and parking area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate traffic flow, resolve issues promptly, and enhance the guest experience. Assist with vehicle valet parking services when required, demonstrating safe driving skills and courteous interactions. Handle cash transactions accurately, balancing cash drawers at the end of each shift while adhering to cash handling policies. Skills Experience in valet parking or driving is highly desirable, demonstrating safe vehicle handling and driving proficiency. Strong cashiering skills with attention to detail in cash handling and retail math accuracy. Excellent customer service abilities with clear communication skills to engage positively with diverse guests. Bilingual capabilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader range of visitors. Previous dealership or retail experience is advantageous for understanding sales processes and customer interactions. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to follow instructions precisely and adapt quickly to changing needs.
Pay:
$22.12 - $24.96 per hour
