The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our lot is organized and welcoming for customers. This position requires strong communication skills, to be well organized and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the lot. You must be available to work a five day work week that includes Saturday. Duties Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot. Safely drive vehicles, including manual transmission, when necessary. Perform regular inspections of the lot to ensure safety and accessibility. Be self motivated and not require micro-management. Check in new vehicles and check for damage Manage keys. Gas up vehicles and prep for delivery. Take photos of new vehicles and download to our website. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with management. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission. Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly lot environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Applicants must have a clean driving record and be 21 years of age.
