Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival Safely operate various vehicles, including those with manual transmissions, ensuring careful handling at all times Retrieve parked vehicles promptly upon guest request, maintaining efficiency during busy periods Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, offering directions, and ensuring a positive experience Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate vehicle movement and parking logistics Uphold safety protocols by monitoring the parking lot, managing traffic flow, and reporting any safety concerns or incidents Skills Must be 20+ years old with a valid drivers license, clean driving record for the previous 3 years Must be able to pass a drug screen Strong guest services and hospitality skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Valid driving license with experience operating manual transmission vehicles (manual transmission experience not required, but helpful) Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments This role is ideal for someone who already has a full or part-time job and is looking to make extra money. The schedule varies from week to week, usually Friday-Sunday (nights), with busy season from Jan-May and again from September-December. The hourly rate isn't very appealing, but the opportunity to make cash tips is what most of our guys rely on. Tips vary per event but average $65-$200 per shift. Tips are not guaranteed.
