We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Valet Attendant to be one of the first faces our guests see. Job Summary We are hiring a full-time Valet Attendant to manage guest vehicles at our restaurant entrance. This role works closely with a partner attendant stationed at the parking garage across the street, ensuring a smooth, safe, and professional arrival and departure experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities Greet arriving guests warmly at the restaurant entrance and receive their vehicle keys Safely drive guest vehicles across the street to the designated parking garage Park vehicles carefully in assigned spots, following garage protocols Coordinate with the attendant stationed at the parking garage to hand off / retrieve vehicles efficiently Retrieve guest vehicles promptly when requested and return them to the restaurant entrance Maintain accurate tracking of keys and vehicle locations (ticket/tag system) Inspect vehicles for existing damage before accepting keys and note any issues Keep the valet stand and entrance area organized, clean, and welcoming Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, host staff, and the other valet attendant Follow all traffic laws and safe-driving practices at all times, including in inclement weather Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required — will be checked) Comfortable driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred Ability to drive a variety of vehicle types, including larger SUVs and luxury cars Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, and jog for extended periods, and lift/move light items as needed Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings/weekends/holidays as scheduled Prior valet, parking, or hospitality experience a plus, but not required — we will train Bilingual (English/Mandarin) a plus, not required Schedule Full-time, Part-time, evening and weekend prefered Evenings, weekends, and holidays required (peak dining hours) Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage: $6.75hr + tips Paid Sick Time, Meals covered
