Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Porter to support the daily operations of our dealership service department. The Service Porter plays an important role in creating a positive customer experience by maintaining vehicle flow, keeping the service area organized, and assisting the service team with vehicle transportation and general dealership support. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Move customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the property Keep the service drive, parking areas, and customer waiting areas clean and organized Assist Service Advisors and Technicians with vehicle staging and transportation Perform basic vehicle inspections for cleanliness and damage Shuttle customers when required Assist with maintaining dealership appearance standards Monitor lot organization and ensure proper parking of vehicles Support additional dealership duties as assigned by management Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
