Weekend evening Valet Attendant

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parking operations, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles, and providing exceptional guest services. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. $16 an hour plus tips! Duties Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles in designated areas. Monitor the parking lot to ensure efficient use of space and maintain safety protocols. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Provide assistance to guests regarding parking policies and procedures, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area. Assist with valet parking services as needed, demonstrating professionalism at all times. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Experience in guest services or customer service roles, particularly in hospitality or retail environments. Familiarity with cash handling and cash register operations. Previous experience in valet parking or as a delivery driver is a plus. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Knowledge of retail math is beneficial for managing transactions accurately.
