m. Service Porter/Shuttle Driver Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused Service Porter/Shuttle Driver. The position will park and retrieve service clients' cars in a friendly and professional manner. Job Responsibilities Anticipate and exceed our clients' expectations Greets clients/ Escorts client to the appropriate member Shuttle vehicles or Clients as Advisors/Managers Request Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation Help clients transfer luggage or packages between cars Parks cars in designated areas Retrieves cars for clients Finds and installs license plates Replaces vehicle bulbs Run vehicles thru automated car wash. Remove snow from Service vehicles Apply Salt/deicer during inclement weather Mop/Sweep Service lane to include rain removal from lane during inclement weather. Keeps service drive free of vehicles Assists techs in moving inoperable vehicles Alerts Manager to any damage to clients' vehicles Assists with housekeeping on the service drive inside & out keeping it clean of trash & debris and empty trash cans. Clean floors, windows & doors. Maintain & clean Treadspec machine in Service Lane Assist with Service concession area & keep snack vending area stocked for clients Attends department meetings Requirements No prior experience is necessary. Must be detail-oriented and exceed in great customer service Must pass a background check Drug-free environment Certificates, Licenses, Registrations (Including Driver's License) Valid Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable).
