Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Parking Attendant and be the friendly face that ensures smooth, safe, and efficient parking operations. In this vital role, you'll manage vehicle flow, assist visitors, and uphold safety standards across the parking facility. Your energetic approach will help create a welcoming environment for all guests while maintaining order and security. Duties Parking Duties and Responsibilities:
Able to maintain a high level of awareness during scheduled shift. Greet all individuals approaching the entrance in a friendly and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding the venue, scheduled events, policies, and available amenities. Assist guests with directions and ensure those authorized to park are guided to the appropriate gate for entry. Aid in the alignment of vehicles to maximize parking space utilization. Verify that all vehicles entering the premises display a valid parking pass or are included on the approved parking list. Confirm the identity and authorization of individuals entering the lot on foot. Monitor the parking areas for unauthorized access, including potential intruders or individuals climbing perimeter fences. Adhere to all Safety and Security General Orders and protocols. Ensure all gates are properly locked and/or monitored by an authorized parking attendant. Support the coordination of emergency responses, including medical assistance and evacuation procedures from parking areas. Secure and responsibly maintain all company-issued equipment such as keys, locks, radios, vehicles, and other operational tools. Ensure the Temple vehicle is fueled and ready for use Announce the arrival of all deliveries and visitors with scheduled appointments. Maintain accurate and complete daily activity logs and incident reports. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
